Needed relief from a very sudden mouth pain. Dr. Fournier was very professional. The procedure was under ten minutes, with pain only from the needle (he kept the swab with the numbing solution in my mouth at the site while he got the needle). Pain control is very important to me. His assistant was pleasant yet efficient. Staff was very alert to issues. I had to give them my insurance data as I was a former patient from decades ago. Chris was patient as I collected it. The next appointment could only be four days later. I asked about the pain, which I expected to be relieved by antibiotics. He recommended a combination of OTC pain meds and to contact my PCP to get a prescription. I did that and was able to prevent more sleepless nights. No one was pushy or condescending. Actually one of only two pleasant dentist experiences over my life.

As for my dentist Dr. Fournier he is a fantastic dentist that I have enjoyed coming to. He handles my mouth gentle with no pain especially when I’m stuck with the needle I don’t even feel it nor didn’t know when he stuck me. They even offer extra care to the care of my teeth and health. Due to me having periodontics the dental hygienist is Ggreat and friendly as well.

Dr. Fournier did such a good job working with my mother in law to fit her permanent dentures. He was so good with her and obviously very good at what he does technically. We had many appointments to make the dentures to ensure a proper make and then fit and can say each one had no wait time, or very little, and the visits were thorough and she felt cared for and had all of her questions answered. Chris at the front desk is also a pro and gives excellent customer service and care. We highly recommend this office!
