I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely feel like I need to after the experience I had at Southern Dental on Bay Area — especially with Kris Styles and Dr. Fournier. When I first walked in, I was in rough shape. I had lost weight because I couldn’t eat without pain, and my confidence was at an all-time low. I felt like I was just getting by day to day. Kris was the first person I connected with, and right away I could tell he genuinely cared. He was straightforward, professional, and made me feel like I was being looked out for — not just treated like a number. He walked me through every step and followed through on everything he said. Dr. Fournier was just as solid. He listened, explained things clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
